Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Use of the website

The website may be used for lawful purposes only. A visitor must not attempt unauthorised access to the website or its server, interfere with its operation or extract its content in bulk by automated means.

4. The domain check

The free domain check reads public DNS records and public certificate logs about the domain entered and sends nothing to that domain's servers. It may be used only for a domain that the visitor controls or is authorised to assess. The number of checks is limited per visitor, per network and per day. Vardion may decline any check. The result is provided for information.

5. Scores and grades

The grades of the free check, supplier grades, risk scores and compliance figures that Vardion works out are its own assessment from the data it read, by the method each page describes. They are not a determination by the National Cybersecurity Authority or any other authority. A supplier's grade is an observation of public records and not an accusation against it. A supplier asks for its grade to be corrected by writing to support@getvardion.com, and we answer within 10 working days.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, the Vardion name and the Vardion logo, belongs to Vardion or its licensors. It may not be reproduced without written permission, except for quotation with attribution. The controls and questions of Greece's National Cybersecurity Authority (ΕΑΚ) are reproduced unaltered under cyber.gov.gr's CC BY-ND 4.0 licence.

7. The Vardion software

Use of the Vardion software is governed by a separate licence or service agreement. These terms do not grant any right to use the software.

8. Information on the website

The website describes the Vardion software and its features. The information does not constitute legal or regulatory advice, and the features available to a customer are those set out in its agreement.

9. Links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Vardion is not responsible for the content of those websites.

10. Liability

Where permitted by law, Vardion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.

Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date.
