What Vardion is
Vardion helps complete the assessments of Greece's National Cybersecurity Authority (ΕΑΚ), finds what a company exposes to the internet and ranks it by what attackers exploit, in Greek and English.
Why it exists
Law 5160/2024 and KYA 1689/2025 ask Greek entities for security measures, evidence that they work and a yearly self-assessment to the ΕΑΚ. Most tools cover either the documents or the scans. Vardion puts the ΕΑΚ's assessments and the scan findings side by side.
Where it runs
- On your own server: the whole console, scans included, on a Linux server with Docker. The data stays with you.
- On the hosted console: everything except Vardion's own scans, on EU servers.
The security page sets out the deployment, the data and every outbound connection. The data processing agreement names every subprocessor.
